Crimson-Fronted Parakeet

This noisy, social parakeet moves in flocks across forest edges, clearings, and agricultural land in Central America, often flying between roost and feeding sites at dawn and dusk while giving loud screeching calls. Look for flocks feeding on fruiting and flowering trees, and check known communal roosts in early morning or evening for large gatherings.
