Neddicky

A small, plain warbler-like bird of savanna, scrub and grassland edges across southern and eastern Africa, usually seen close to the ground or low in bushes rather than in the canopy. It is easier to hear than see, giving a persistent, repetitive song from a low perch, and is most active around dawn and dusk. Scan low cover and fence lines in open bushveld habitat for the best chance of a sighting.
